We are dedicated to creating premium adventure vehicles that inspire people to explore the outdoors. As we expand our reach, we are seeking an experienced and motivated RV Sales Representative to drive our brand's success in the North American market.


Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in RV, boat, or high-end automotive sales. The ideal candidate is someone who knows the U.S. or Canadian RV market inside and out—whether through direct sales, dealership management, or a manufacturer role.


✅ Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the RV, marine, or automotive industry

✅ Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of dealership operations and the U.S. recreational vehicle market

✅ Sales Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and grow dealership networks

✅ Training & Presentation: Comfortable leading sales training, dealer presentations, and product demos

✅ Technical Acumen: Mechanical aptitude to understand RV features and specifications

✅ Travel-Ready: Willing to travel extensively across North America

✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems


This position requires an independent, highly motivated individual who can operate strategically in the field while representing the Roadtrek and Westfalia Class B Motorhome brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong dealer relationships across North America
  • Educate dealership sales teams on Roadtrek and Westfalia product lines
  • Attend RV shows, industry events, and dealer meetings to promote brand awareness
  • Implement sales strategies to drive dealer performance and unit sales
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve dealer support and product offerings
