What You’ll Do:

RV Technician Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, LP gas, slide-outs, generators, and more
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure units are ready for customer pickup
  • Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, backup cameras, and leveling systems
  • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all repairs and inspections performed
  • Collaborate with service advisors and parts staff to ensure seamless workflow

Marine Technician Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, service, and repair boat engines, fuel systems, electrical systems, steering components, and trailers
  • Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve performance issues
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and seasonal prep on all types of boats
  • Install marine electronics like GPS, trolling motors, sound systems, lighting, and more
  • Test boats on-water when required to ensure safe operation and proper functionality
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment while adhering to safety regulations

  • Mechanical aptitude – whether you’ve worked on cars, boats, ATVs, or built things in your garage, we want problem-solvers who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty

  • Team-player mindset –We want positive, dependable people who can collaborate and communicate

Experience in the automotive, RV, or marine industry is a plus—but not required
