Hands-on RV specialist wanted for boutique luxury
motorhome dealership.
This role focuses on vehicle systems, delivery preparation, and customer
technical support — ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how complex
vehicles work and helping owners get the most from them.
About Mountain Luxe RV
Mountain Luxe RV is a boutique dealership specializing exclusively in Grech RV premium Class B motorhomes. We focus on craftsmanship, ownership experience, and long-term relationships—not high-volume, transactional sales.
Our showroom environment reflects the luxury products we represent. Every team member contributes to delivering a thoughtful, high-touch experience for our clients before and long after the purchase.
The Role
We are seeking an RV Delivery & Customer Support Specialist to serve as a key operational and technical resource within the dealership.
This role blends vehicle preparation, light service work, customer support, and delivery orientation. The ideal candidate enjoys working hands-on with vehicles, learning complex systems, and helping customers feel confident using their motorhome.
This is a hands-on position in a boutique dealership environment, where team members take pride in the presentation of the vehicles, the showroom, and the ownership experience we deliver.
As product knowledge and experience grow, this role may also expand into customer demonstrations and sales support for candidates who enjoy working directly with clients.

• Perform pre-delivery inspections when new or used units
arrive
• Conduct systems checks and basic diagnostics on RV systems
• Assist with maintenance, repairs, and warranty-related items

• Coordinate parts orders and vendor service when needed
• Drive vans to trusted vendors for service, inspections, and specialty work
• Assist with installations such as ceramic coating, accessories, or

• Help troubleshoot basic operational questions and coordinate service when
needed
• Assist customers with understanding and operating onboard systems
• Help ensure owners feel confident and supported throughout their ownership
experience
Deliveries & Customer Orientations
• Prepare and detail vans prior to delivery
• Conduct comprehensive delivery orientations (typically 3–4 hours)
• Teach customers how to operate electrical, plumbing, and vehicle systems
• Ensure customers leave comfortable and confident using their motorhome
Showroom & Inventory Management
• Maintain a pristine showroom environment consistent with a
luxury brand
• Inspect incoming inventory and perform routine systems checks

appointments, and RV shows
• Help demonstrate vehicle systems when buyers want deeper technical
explanations
• Support inventory intake, photography, and marketing preparation
• Assist with operational and administrative tasks as needed

• Strong mechanical aptitude or technical interest in

systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving large vehicles (Sprinter vans)
• Ability to perform light physical tasks related to vehicle preparation and
inspection
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Professional demeanor aligned with a luxury brand
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team environment
This Role Is Not a Fit If…

• You prefer only desk-based work rather than a combination of desk-based work
and hands-on responsibilities
• You are unwilling to assist with vehicle preparation, inspections, or
showroom upkeep
• You prefer narrowly defined responsibilities rather than contributing across
a small team
• You are not interested in learning the technical systems that power modern
RVs
